Lent and Easter at Community
On Ash Wednesday, February 26, we will have a service with the imposition of ashes and the Lord's Supper at 6:15 p.m. in the sanctuary.
Join us in the library at 11:45 a.m. on Thursdays during Lent for a brief devotional, followed by a soup lunch. March 5, 12, 19, 26, and April 2.
At the 10:50 a.m. service on Palm Sunday, April 5, the children of the church will process with palms as we commemorate Jesus' entry into Jerusalem.
On Maundy Thursday, April 9, we will begin with a simple soup supper in the fellowship hall at 6:15 p.m., followed by a service in the sanctuary at 7 p.m.
Whether you give something up or give something out for Lent, you're invited to help us collect new socks and underwear for the Clothing Closet at Network of Community Ministries.
On Easter Sunday, April 12, we will begin with a sunrise service at 7 a.m. on the patio, followed by breakfast in the fellowship hall, worship at 10:50 a.m. in the sanctuary, and an Easter Egg hunt during coffee hour on the patio.
